The Minds Behind the Method
Why THIS Team Can Offer What Others Can’t
MICHAEL PEREZ
From Pushing Boundaries to Forging a New Path Through Fire
Michael Perez didn’t just learn the standard toolkits – he hit their limits early on (back in the 90s) and dedicated years to figuring out what really works at the deepest levels of the human mind. He modeled the true masters like Erickson beyond textbook explanations.
When the neuroscience revolution hit, he wasn’t just an observer; he was actively integrating groundbreaking discoveries about the brain, the unconscious, and trance states into a unified field theory of change – while mainstream psychology was still catching up.
His exploration wasn’t just academic. Studies in Aikido, Zen, anthropology, and primatology revealed the power of primal states modern life forces us to forget. Then, facing a potentially career-ending physical crisis that left him crippled and in constant pain, he didn’t just cope – he innovated. Using his unique synthesis of neuroscience and hypnosis, he developed new techniques on himself to overcome pain and retrain his body, proving the power of the mind-body connection in the most demanding way possible.
This crucible forged the core of the “Neuron Code.” Decades of international training, coaching C-suite leaders, pioneering remote work, and deep cultural immersion haven’t just given him experience – they’ve given him unparalleled insight into how humans actually operate beneath the surface.

RYAN SIMBAI JENKINS
Rare Insight from the Source – Where Tribal Life Meets Global Experience
Ryan Jenkins was born in Papua New Guinea to parents working in the medical field. His mother, anthropologist Dr. Carol Jenkins, famously discovered the Hagahai people—an uncontacted indigenous tribe—introducing him early to the power of holistic healing systems. Witnessing trance-based practices that addressed both body and mind left a lasting impression on how he views transformation.
A third-culture citizen, Ryan grew up across France, Bangladesh, Australia, the U.S., Cambodia, Thailand, the Netherlands, and Spain. This global upbringing gave him a deep appreciation for how cultures, communities, and individuals are interconnected—each influencing and shaping the other in dynamic feedback loops.
Originally pursuing a career in the performing arts, Ryan studied at the Duke Ellington School for the Arts in Washington, D.C., and the Rotterdam Conservatory (CODARTS) in the Netherlands. A serious hand injury during his studies became a turning point: conventional treatment failed, but self-hypnosis restored his playing ability almost instantly. This personal breakthrough sparked decades of study in meditation, NLP, coaching, and diverse psychological modalities.
Today, Ryan brings a systems lens to leadership, helping organizations navigate complexity with clarity and resilience. He believes that like living ecosystems, organizations thrive when they integrate diverse perspectives, foster adaptability, and honor the interdependence of their people and structures.
With a unique blend of global perspective, creative background, and deep knowledge of human development, Ryan designs environments where both individuals and systems can flourish—transforming challenges into opportunities for sustainable growth.
